How to Update Payment Information

To update your payment information, log in to your account on the Company website, go to your billing or subscription settings, and enter your new payment details. If you're upgrading your plan, the system will automatically prorate the cost based on the remaining days in your current subscription—contact info@KTStrading.com for any assistance.

To update your payment information, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account
    Go to the Company website and sign in using your account credentials.

  2. Access Billing or Subscription Settings
    Once logged in, navigate to your account settings. Look for a section labeled "Billing," "Subscription," or "Payment Information."

  3. Update Your Payment Method
    In the billing section, you’ll see your current payment method. Click “Edit” or “Update Payment Method” to enter your new credit card or payment details. Save your changes to ensure your future payments are processed correctly.

  4. Upgrade or Change Your Subscription (Optional)
    If you’d like to upgrade your plan—for example, from Pro Monthly to Premium Monthly or from Pro Annual to Premium Annual—you can do this directly from the subscription settings.

    • When you upgrade, the system will automatically calculate and prorate the cost based on the remaining days of your current subscription.

    • This means you’ll only be charged the difference for the upgraded plan for the rest of your billing cycle.

  5. Confirmation
    After updating your payment information or changing your subscription, you should receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) to verify the update was successful.
