The use of any KTS Trading, LLC (“Company”) product or service indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to obtain access to the website version with the purchase of a subscription.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments only.
What is the billing process?
When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed every calendar month or yearly from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes. Customers can upgrade on the Company website. You can upgrade from a Pro Monthly to a Premium Monthly subscription as well as upgrade from a Pro Annual to a Premium Annual subscription. The amount due for a new subscription will automatically be prorated based on the number of days used. If you need help upgrading your subscription, you can contact our billing department at info@KTStrading.com.
Can I switch subscriptions?
Yes, you can switch subscriptions at anytime.
What is the cancellation policy?
Customers can cancel their subscriptions at anytime. To cancel, please log into your account and go into Account Plan and click the Cancel Subscription button. Email us at info@KTStrading.com if you have any questions or issues canceling. Company is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
